Bahrians, I have fulfilled my promise to arrange wali session for you; what did you learn and like in his talk?

Shiraz has been associated with various national and international training and coaching firms. He imparts soft skills workshops for British Council Pakistan, Skill City (a Dubai based training firm), ICMAP, NED University and Shell-livewire. Sir first of all thank you so much that you arranged such a wonderful session for our class as per your promise.
Yesterday it was my last day of taking classes at Bahria of my last semester, Sir Wali Zahid’s session made the day memorable for me. I have heard many Guest Speakers and attended many Sessions but I never found such a superb session. Sir Wali Zahid’s session was wonderful, inspiring and fantastic.
He gave and delivered beautiful thoughts to us regarding daily life affairs along with career building and decisions.
His vital talk consists on following deep considerations.
- Listen to your heart, not your mind. Do whatever you think you can excel.
- Strive your best be consistent in your skills.
- Never worry about financing, Allah promised and He will give you, Just do struggle
- Try to overcome your Fears, you can do whatever you want
- Always thank to Allah and never proud of your expertise, be humble
The best things I found in his talk were:
- His talk was full of nice humor,
- He openly discussed about his adulthood professional experiences
- His Will-Skill Model
- His way of satisfactory answering queries
He talked more than two hours with us, after the end of session I realized that “how good time pass so quickly”?
In short his session was remarkable and I am much impress that Sir Shiraz has such a wonderful mentor.

yesterday it was my last in Bahria university. it was the wonderful day of my university life and wonderful day for the new year as well.
Sir really i dont have words to explain my feelings after taking sir wali zahid session.
I am very happy and so relaxd after taking this session.
I learned alote from sir wali zahid.
The best thing i found in his is that:
– He always relates practical life with hadith.
– He openly discussed his whole life with us.
– He was so calm n relaxed will delivering a lecture.
– The way to satisfied people.
I learned from Sir wali zahid is that:
– Believe on your heart not on your mind.
– Always try to give up your best.
– Dont be worried about money, you will get that Allah has promised you to give.
– Try to find out the fear and then try to overcome from those fear.
– First take care of your health.
– what ever you have loosed do not take it serious longer time their are rest of things which need your attention just go ahead.
After taking Sir wali Zahid session i can say that i am going to start a new year like a new born baby with a great thoughts and with the spirit of achieving my goals.

This guest speker has change my thinking a lot to some extent i have learned that we should always focus on our strenght find out what niche we want in our life work on our micro strenghts. .while joining in the organization never see what pay you will get dont woory about money always trust Allah. NEVER run form our fears always try to over cum that. try to balance our work life to get success. While choosing our career always listen to heart and brain and what you want in your life and which is your path to get the suceess.
By studying from sir sheraz i started to think that i want in my life new changes new thoughts n have now passion to do something in the lyfe.

Mr. Wali Zahid guest speaker session make me realize that there are lots of option in this world for me as far my career is concern.am an introvert n quite person still i can join mareting,media or any field of my interest.

First of all I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this course of performance management so memorable for me. You did not only give us the knowledge related to course but also guided us as a father. One thing that I liked most about you is that you gave your full attention and support to each and every individual in the class.
As far as the guest speaker session is concerned, I would like to thank you for arranging such a wonderful session by inviting one of the big name in training Mr. Wail Zahid for us. It was a wonderful experience for me. Attending the session and meeting with Mr. Wali Zahid face to face is really a big honor for me. I am very much inspired by his unique and extraordinary thinking. I find him a very humble and down to earth person. I really liked the way he was responding to each and every query with humbleness and politeness. I also liked that he explained each and every thing by coating practical examples from his life and was also relating them from Islamic point of view. During the session he also did mimickery which made the session even more interesting for the audience. Before starting the formal session with us he also has an informal talk with us in which he told us about his childhood which I really enjoyed. One thing which I liked the most as an introvert person is that, that he explained with excellent example the art of saying something by not saying something which will definitely going to help me in my future life. He also taught us that take decisions from your heart.
Followings are the things which I learned from Mr. wali’s session:
- Work on your strengths no matter how minor they are.
- Be focused on skill building, strength building and creating your niche.
- Anyone who has greatness in them does not claim about their wealth and strength etc.
- Forget about your financial success. You will always get whatever Allah has written in your fate so don’t worry just focus on your work and be honest with your work. Everything is pre- planned, you just make your efforts.
- Teach your heart that every success is from Allah.
- Effort in your area of strength.
- Remain tuned to Allah in good times.
- Find the demotivating factors and address them.
In the end, I would again like to thank you sir for for providing this great opportunity to Bahrain’s to meet the great mentor of yours Mr.Wali Zahid. First of all i would like to thank sir sheraz ahmed for arranging such an interactive guest speaker session.And i would like to thanks from bottom of my heart for making performance management course so memorable and helpful for me.
Sir Wali Zahid’s session was very interactive and i helps me a lot in my personal life as well. He provide us the new way of thinking and how to handle our life if we have any problem occur then how to handle it and solve it. His session was informal and that’s the reason i enjoyed his informality. That session was very frank environment and provide us high learning.it was effective for both my professional life and personal life as well. His session helps me to clear the vision of my future and of my career.

Sir’s session was really interactive,first time saw a corporate guy to be in such a friendly way, well we had a very informative session in a way that one can have guidance from his session. well i liked a lot of things but one thing which i liked the most was that “SPEAK ONCE AND SHOULD BE MEANINGFUL” i 100% agree to him on this point and it really makes a sense and people so believe your presence even if you are sitting on that back corner of the crowd.One should have an art of saying something by not saying at all.Other things which i liked was his simple words that can be referred to as a quote

First of all thanks alot to u sir for arranging such an interactive and informative session for us with sir Wali Zahid!!! that was really a memorable session and an awesome experience for me…
Sir Wali Zahid is MashaALLAH such a talented, nice and humble person. I had learnt alot from his practical life experiences and he has discussed on different issues that helps me in my practical and personal life as well. During the session, his each and every talk was very impressive so here are some main key points which I perceived more from his talk are:

Honestly speaking it was a wonderful learning throughout the semester. u are really really a nice teacher. thank you so much for teaching us. in whole of the semester PM session was the only one which I enjoyed and learned in, the way you teach in a polite manner is very very nice and it really makes the students to learn and listen what the teacher is saying. it was a great experience having a teacher like you. please teach some other subject of HR in next semester so that we can have an opportunity to learn again from a teacher like you.
Sir Wali’s session was really effective esp whatever he told about his life, it was the first time I saw a great corporate person talking in such a nice and friendly manner. The knowledge he shared will definitely help us in future. Thank you so much sir for arranging a guest speaker like Sir Wali for us. it was a wonderful talk by him.
In the last again thank you sir. All of the sessions were great and I enjoyed every session and learned a lot as well.The thing which I like the most is you also share some Islamic knowledge in the class. please continue the same teaching style sir so that other students also learn from you as we all learned.

I spent my plenty of time on thinking on his million dollars words, sentencrsand phrases because it came from practical life experiences that have immense hardworking,Rather than this He is Succssfull person, I am more concerned with his personality and experiences as marvellous and fanatabulous human being. His emotional satability, clarity in mind , peace in soul has been snatched my confusions and gave strength to my faith. Thats why i questioned HIM allot. Because I believe to meet good people is blessing from ALMIGHTY ALLAH.
