coming in mine behavior. wow great man with great personality. After his presentation i mail him and he replyed me which was owner to me that he put some consideration to me.

It is said that the most biggest sin is to make people bore -:) but a seminar session with a person like Wali Zahid make people enthusiastic and energetic.He is very down to earth person.
He told us very useful things like to focus on our strengths rather than on our weaknesses and truthfully told about his own strengths and weaknesses.Secondly people think that producing money is materialistic but he told us to make money in a positive way.

The best part was that he moulded his entire discussion according to what the students wanted to know. It was of great advantage to know the practical aspects of HR management. Guest speaker session of Mr Wali Zahid was very valuable for MAJU Students.i would be sharing the learnings which i got by listening to him.first was of being ambitious in your carrer and to follow your heart. one thing which he told abt HR ppl was that, one needs to be a people’s person, this is a quality which a good HR person should possess.other thing was to spend much time grooming our stengths instead of our weeknesses.Fining our strength and then building it was also a very imp lesson given by him to us.last but not the least he told us to be social and build contacts (PR) he tells us abt his experience that he was also not the social in the initial stage of his career and bc of which he had to face few hardships, but now he has worked upon his weekness and competing with it.The thing which i liked most in his style was that he was very soft spoken and a very polite and helpful person.
Well it was really wonderful listening to such a person because u can hardly came across such people…well i learnt about one very important thing and that is we should work on our strength rather than our weaknessess…it is a key to enhance one own self….

The session was very informative Sir Wali zahid gave us energy he created “BURNING DESIRE” in me to get Knowledge about my course. In the begining he couldn’t inspire me but in the End of the session I couldn’t say a word ” Wow What A Person”. Thanx 2 Mr. Shiraz hope he will bring this kind of person in next sessions also.
Mr.Wali Zahid’s lecture was really a mind blowing and mind opening in that sense which appeal me most is the same thing which u mentioned same day in your lecture that what is ? TTT, trainer talk time, and obviously it is the most fatal thing for trainer, that if he or she donot counter or handle it wisely it will totally out clean or blowed the trainer. I learned a lot in the context of trainers’s skills which he or she need, when he or she is on the front of the participants or mingling with them, above all mr. wali’s lecture was a worthy enough in all respect, and i thank Mr. Shiraz for call such a personality for us. thanks once again sir.
I found Mr.Wali Zahid more than i have heard about him. It was really a “SURPRIZE” not ” SHOCK”. I saw a real example of whatever i have read about how a trainer should be!!
He is truly a “TRAINER” not “TEACHER”, i remember the whole lecture of him about “Skills of trainer”, without even reading a single time!
He is a “TREND SETTER” not “TREND FOLLOWER”, as he is not in favor of following dramatic activities or action thrill style and don’t use in his training. We all can see his achievements!
His life is a real example and giving message of when we talk about that there is no shortcut in life or hard work has its compensation!
In short and simple i have really learned from Mr.Wali Zahid and would like to thanks Sir Shiraz for giving such a great opportunity.

The session of Wali Zahid was really enlightening my skills and encourage me to adopt the tools and techniques which he discussed that technology make a real difference so its very hard for the trainers to update regularly and also emphasize that knowledge is in the network.
Second thing he focused that how credible you are means the way you standing, eye contact etc, sound should be flexible and how people see you things like that should important for the trainer.
Furthermore emphasize to establish a connection with each of them, focused what has been missing in your presentation also highlighted that how to able to manage the individuals.
Overall it’s really a nice session which gives us the new way of thinking and explores our hidden skills.
