yesterday guest speaker session i learn alot of thing: earn more money in a positive way,know own strength and weakness,develop confident,always motivate employees,learn from others,help people,think positive,as a individual whatever want to do in future.

On the thursday guest speaker session very intresting, Many dimension are open to us, its very motivated for not only me also all students, we get motivation and energy…. this session is very energetic for all student but specialy HRM they get motivated more and now we are feeling ourself ready for the challenges for the futuer…..

let me congrate you first for your superb presentation and then allow me express my joys and spirit which i experienced after listening you. It is my proud privilege that i got opportunity to listen you and participated in your program. You know sir as enthusiastic student after attending your program my passions and feelings are highly sparked.Sir i learned a lot form this session. we as HR specialist need to be people’s person.we should always follow our hearts and another thing which was amazing that make mistakes don’t try to avoid them.

salam sir last session of sir khalid junajo was very interesting .as he told us about differece aboout od and change management and told us strategic planning is very important for every organizationif strategic planning is done then change will not be required.he told that inolden days only training was given but now od is used to change the behaviour of individual for betterment of overall organization.he also told that culturalchange is more than need in od .performance culture include following goal setting ,kpis and reward performance these topics were covered and was full of information thx
salam ilearnt alot from speaker session , i got knowledge hr consist of 2 component operational and deal with strategic management.he also told that od is about behaviour and change is beyound behavior.od deal with planned change.he also discuss the emerging concept of performance.finally lecture was very interestingand informative and our approach for everything should be proactive and organization nowadays focus on attidudnal change.thx
